The product Quality seems to be B+.The total package still fails.Why!!!Because the base unit two way radios "voice activation feature" does not work with the headset package that it comes with and they knew it before they packaged it and sent it out.

I bought my daughter and son-inlaw to be a set of two way radios with voice activation so that they could enjoy their bike rides together safely and with constant communication with the voice activated feature advertised with these two way radios.The day of the trip, they could not figure out how to get it to work.

A week later, when they had time, my daughter called customer support only to find out that they knew that it did not work.They did not offer any suggestions or willingness to send a head set that does work.

I really think they should have sent her a head set that does work.Seventy dollars is a lot of money to pay for a device that does not work on one of the most basic and attractive features of the radios.
