I bought these to replace an older model that supposedly only had a 12 mile range.These don't send or receive as well as the old ones.They also eat batteries a lot faster.Guess I should have stuck with the old ones.

Just Junk pure and simple. I could never get them to work right out of the box. The chargers fried the batteries on the first charge. If you speak and read English the instructions are totally worthless. They are made VERY cheaply.
